Traditionally, 17MCM will host a major Trade Exhibition, which will bring together manufacturers of all different kinds of microscopy techniques, as well as suppliers of accessories and consumables, preparation tools, image analysis systems, and all important publishers in the field. The manufacturers are invited to present their latest developments and highlight new potential applications in technical lectures which will address Congress audience.
Exhibition Area
The Bernardin Congress Centre offers 900 sq. m. of net exhibition area. By placing the Trade Exhibition adjacent to the lecture halls entrances and interleaved with the Poster Session, the exhibition and the scientific program of the 17MCM will be closely linked throughout the whole congress period. Furthermore, the Coffee Break areas will be an integral part of the exhibition area. Sufficient floor space will be reserved for the walkways between the booths to ensure that participants will visit the exhibition in a relaxed atmosphere.
Participating companies will be able to rent exhibition areas ranging from 6 to 30 sq.m. in size. The size and the type of the exhibition area with will be designed according to your specifications in your registration forms and according to the price list. The registration for the Trade exhibition will include access to all scientific and technical sessions, welcome reception and closing ceremony, as well as one USB copy of the proceedings and one volume of printed proceedings. The exhibitors are also welcomed to present commercial and/or technical lectures, to organize workshops and sponsor Congress social events and coffee breaks.
